If you wish to receive a different size, you\u2019ll need to place a new order via the website.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Item must be unworn &amp; unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons \u00a0no exceptions<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Items covered in animal\/human hair will\u00a0not\u00a0be accepted<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don\u2019t be alarmed if you\u2019ve tracked your return as delivered but haven\u2019t heard from us yet<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0For single item orders that are returned, we will refund the total value of the order, including shipping costs.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0For multiple item orders, we will only refund the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0If multiple item orders are returned in their entirety, we will refund the total value, including shipping costs.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Orders placed separately (unique reference numbers), must be returned separately.
